    La. Inheritance laws
    If my grandfather has La. Real estate and my dad dies before my grandfather will myself and siblings have rights to my fathers part of the estate, equally as his siblings?

    Does he have a will. If not I do not believe you will have a claim to it
    You need to contact an estate attoreny in LA.
