    My ex mother inlaw just passed away am I intitled to half of my exhusbands inheritance?

    Inheritance is separate property.
    You mentioned "ex", so it's history and you're not in the picture.

    No - unless she made a provision for you in her Will.

    My husband died without a will am intitled to his portion of his inheritance under Texas law
