    Lowering Cholesterol
    Dose anyone know about Tart Cherry lowering cholesterol..?. I know it has other benefits also. Can you buy it as a supplement?

    Lowering cholesterol is a major issue if you have been diagnosed with high levels. This could involve your blood pressure as well. I don't know about the efficacy of tart cherry, but you should talk to your doctor about medication to get you back in shape.

Just got my physical results back. HDL is 65 LDL is 150. Ok, I understand that I need to reduce the LDL to under 100 but what about the HDL? They tell me that the goal for HDL should be 40-59, but based on what I've read, "the lower the better" for HDL. Is that not true?

Lets say one loves to eat eggs. But it is high in cholesterol. What are some ways to neutralise or lower it after consumption? Again, this is a question about after consumption. Not how to avoid it; therefore, "don't eat eggs!" is not an answer.
