    My question is what will happen in court for misdomeanor theft?

    The answer would depend on a number of factors, but ultimately the decision as to what happens would be the decision of the judge.

    If this is about something that you did, how old are you and have you been in trouble with the law for doing something like this in the past, please?

    If you go to trial,
    The DA will present evidence as to why are you guilty and why you are the scum of the earth and don't deserve to share the air we breath.

    Then your attoreny will show that you could not have done this because of... and that you are really a choir boy, help the homeless and love kittens.

    It's not me that did it. She's 36,had a duI once,and I think she said 10 years ago she got caught for retail theft thanks
