    Flooring gaps around radiator legs
I installed Pergo flooring and had to make cuts to get my pieces in around the legs of two radiators. The cuts had to be larger to accommodate the need to snap-lock the pieces into place. This left some rather large gaps around the feet of the radiators.

I know there are flanges that go around radiator pipes. Is there anything that I could use to cover up these eye sores? Any suggestions?

It's a bit late to tell you this but the flooring goes under the radiator. If you want to help hide this mistke you could cut small pieces of quarter round at 22.5 degrees on each end. You can then place eight short pieces around the legs and try to stain to match or contrast the flooring. I have not seen a cap made to fit this slip.

Studor air gaps [ 2 Answers ]

I have checked out the Studor web site that Speedball reccomends and they say you can use their air gap and not go through the roof with the vent stack. Unless I missed it I haven't found any mention in any of the threads on here about venting this way. We are almost ready to go through the roof...
