    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Second, if you read the thread where you originally posted you would have had your answer. You can't get in trouble just dating, but its possible he can be prosecuted for Statutory rape if you have sex.
