    How to get custody mother give it up willingly
    My boyfriend daughter came to live with us and she's 15 and have a baby.he needs custody rights her mother is in a different state but she's willing to give up her rights what should we do?

    If she has moved in with you then you go to court and petititon for a modification of the custody order. You aren't asking the mome to reliquish rights, just to acknowledge that she's no longer the custodial parent.
