    Voluntary relinquishment
    I need to know about voluntary relinquishment of rights. Do I still have to have an attorney to adopt.

    An attorney would help, but more details would be of great help. Who are you trying to adopt, who's voluteering to relinquish rights? Family... friend... do both parents agree?
