Tempstar 5000 circulation fan runs continuously
My Tempstar 5000 heats and cools fine, but the circulation fan cannot be controlled from the control box; I have to turn it off by turning the unit off in the home. What could be wrong?

My ac guy has added freon, cleaned the outside coil, replaced the inside fan motor, and replaced thermostat. The outside fan will kick on, but the inside fan doesn't kick on. When I put my electronic thermostat to the FAN position, the AC runs continuously (even if I have the HEAT/COOL switch OFF!). I have checked the wiring on the thermostat and on the furnace control connections -- it all seems to be correct. Could it be a faulty thermostat?
