    Rental bank foreclosure
    I am disabled ,renting a condo. If it is bank foreclosed how much notice and time do they give me to get out.

    They will have to give you a minimum of 10 days notice, but more likely 30 days. Then if you still haven't moved out they have to file a lawsuit for eviction, which can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 60 days before they can have you removed by the sheriff or constable.

    Have you tried contacting the bank to talk about buying the condo? You may be able to assume the landlord's mortgage.
