    Can a disabled person be evicted from a rental condo.

    If so, how much notice do they give you.

    Yes, a disabled person can be evicted. The amount of notice depends on the reason for the eviction, the terms of the lease and state law.

    When it comes to a failure to pay rent or a lease violation... having a disability does not give you any more rights that a person without a disability.
