    Florida lease
Hello. I'm having troubles with plumbing and I lease in Florida. The rental agency might try to charge us because they think its us. But it definitely wasn't our fault. The lease doesn't say anything about fixing problems so who's responsibility is it? Thanks so much for your advice and help

They will have a maintenance worker or a plumber come in and look at it, ( and fix it normally)

They will then decide if it was just a normal repair or if it was something you would have caused.

In any rental if the renter caused the problem they will normally be billed for the repair.

How do they determine if it was our fault? Just by what the plumber says or do is it their own determination?
