    How a private lender can evit a mobile home -nonreal estate
    My brother is financing a mobile home (no land involved) it is in a trailer park. Due to non payment on the sale contract agreement (3 month behind). How can he evict these people of the property?
    He has already given the 3 day notification.

    There should be something in the contract addressing the eviction and/or non payment. He needs to consult his contract to see just what was signed.

    On the mobile home if it is financed then he would repo it and have to follow those laws of that state.

    What does the loan paperwork say about default ?
