How do you move on?
So I broke up with this guy a month ago we didn't date that long in fact it was probably a little more than a fling, but I still can't get him out of my mind. He is the first thing I think about in the morning and he is at the back of my mind all day long. I have not seen or heard from him since the breakup and I am pretty sure he has been able to move on. In fact he didn't even protest when I broke up with him. I struggle with not calling him just to talk to him. I want to and even dial his number but I just chicken out when it comes down to actually pressing the call button. I know this behavior is not good for me, I try to say busy with friends and school but it is not working. In fact I think my school grades are slipping because I am so stressed out about the situation all the time. Do you have any suggestions that might help me move on?

It seems to me that you were extremely needy in your relationship and he ran away, fast. You guys hung out monday-thursday? Don't you think he wanted time to his friends, family, perhaps, himself?

You haven't let go emotionally, and wanted more than he was willing to give.
You really do need to distract yourself with other things, and activities, as you put a lot into that month together.
Take a few suggestions from the stickies in this forum.

I agree, there is more than enough info. Laying around the forums to get you through this. Maybe it would be wise to read some other posts as well. Things about compromise and making a schedule that would work for you and your guy.

U noe what I had gone through this same...
Believe me what I say you just trust and do it you will remember me for this...
See firs of all have no cantacts.. cut from mobile de;lete from msn and don't ask about hi through your common friends how is he.. is he happy without me... does he have a new girl... its stupid that way you are seeing his MOVE ON PROCESS that is really hurting...
And secondly think about yourself... try to discover yr self... try to occupy yourself with music a new sport
Or do lots of shoppin make new frns... but don't discuss about him to all... its lik people will get bored of you and start hating u...
And no use just think in future that some one else MR PERFECT is waiting for u...
And think its very normal you are not the only one who is suffering... many had break up... its just that who recovers fast and who take years and crys over it
So you try to be cool happy and stop thinking about him who doesn't even cares about u... so chill and have other things in life that thinking about him..
I am telling u CUT CONTACT is the best way to recover and don't try to noe about him... just move on..
Yohhh ROCK ON...
