    Seeing my daughter
    Do I have to have supervised visits with my daughters mother and if I do why we obviously don't get along otherwise why would we be going to court

    If the judge rules that visits have to be supervised then they do. What reason would he rule that way? Supervision doesn't have to be by the mother.

    Yes, you can ask a court for a third party to supervise the visits.

    But why do you think they will have to be supervised
