Brand and model number of the old thermostat?
Brand and model number of new thermostat?

When you took the wires off the old thermostat how were they wired. What color to what terminal? (I am sure you wrote this VERY IMPORTANT item down.)

As I said in my original post, I have a brand new luxaire heat pump with a/c & aux heat. These are new wires for the system. I just don't know which wire, if any, is supposed to go to the aux. seems there should be one that does.
    Thanks
