My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and have been trying to conceive for over a year. I have very irregular periods and they usually only come every six months. I was wondering do you ovulate without having an actual period. My family doctor says you can but I always have heard different. I am about to my giving up point and could use some advice, Thank you all in advance

Before you give up... try taking VITEX it's a natural vitamin that regulates and makes you ovulate regularly... its worth a try. My aunt took it for both of her kids and was pregnant in 3 months.. I am starting it next cycle. You can buy it at any health food store or vitamin store. My husband and I are in the same boat, we have been trying for 14 months now! Good Luck!!
