I had my blower quit on me about 1-2 months ago and I put a new blower motor in. I also put a new relay in at the same time.. now that I need the heat the blower does not come on..
I can switch the switch from auto to on and it comes on, if I put it on AC it comes on also. When I flip it to heat, it ignites and the burners come on, also the exhaust fan/blower comes on but the main blower won't?

There is a device that controls the blower in the heat mode. Usually called a fan and limit control on older furnaces. What is the make and exact model number of your furnace?

Sounds like it could be a Coleman or York furnace. Is this in a mobile home?
White rodgers does not make furnaces they only make parts

Not a mobile home, there is no name just the model number, it is tan..

The furnace is tan? There is a plate on the inside of the wall near the burner.

There are 2 labels on the left side of the burners and they have the same thing on them,
Model number pbnu-ld10n060d ser# ekam370482, on the bottom of that label it says central environmental systems

That has to be a York,Coleman,Luxair,Moncrief sister units. In other words they are made by York and labeled for there other companys/brands.

Start by looking over the work you did before especially the relay wiring.

There should be a combination fan limit control mounted in the front of the unit above the burners on the front wall.


This unit should be a

UPFLOW PROPANE GAS FURNACE 90+ with 3 burners

Is called the limit control?
If so mine looks a lot different.
This is what happened
I purchased this home and put a new furance in about 15 yrs ago, about 1-2 months ago the blower stopped working, I went to grangers and picked up a replacement install that, some of the wires were different colors, but I thought I figured out what colors go where, the AC worked fine and the blower works fine if I with it from auto to on, its just in the heat mode it does not come on?

Yes it is called a fan and limit and they could have changed designs/ manufactures during manufacturing. The info I posted was right off a York corporation DVD I have . Well there is usually a different speed selected for the heat mode. Did you wire it up for both heat and cool when you replaced the motor?

Until you get it figured out, there is no harm in letting the fan run continuously... just leave the fan switch in the on position. In fact many people do this to keep circulation in the home. When you switched your blower, was it during the cooling season?

Hmm not sure, I put the 2 browns on the relay, I put the black, (high speed) on grond power and I think that's it

Not that I know of.. I just connected the high speed for the blower, do I need to connect another one for the heat to the same as the high speed?
The old blower's wires were totally different than the new one?

Well you can connect to the same for high speed as long as the system will function wired like that but usually the blower runs slower for the heat mode but that is not absolutely necessary.

The most important thing is that the blower motor is not supplied with two sources of power at the same time. IE high speed power applied and medium speed power applied at the same time. If that happens the motor will burn up.
