Lately my boyfriend has been coming home late from work. Just the other day he came home at around an hour before midnight with girl's perfume on his face. He lies about a lot of things... and I am suspecting that his boss and his wife are well aware of what is going on.

I'm surprised by the amount of people on here immediately thinking he's cheating. I haven't really heard anything that would spell out cheating, perhaps a talk would be best before jumping to conclusions. You will never have a healthy relationship if you can't use communication as a valuable tool.
