Lately my boyfriend has been coming home late from work. Just the other day he came home at around an hour before midnight with girl's perfume on his face. He lies about a lot of things... and I am suspecting that his boss and his wife are well aware of what is going on.

His boss and wife are not your concern. If he lies then the relationship is broke, regardless of if he's cheating.

I'm surprised by the amount of people on here immediately thinking he's cheating. I haven't really heard anything that would spell out cheating, perhaps a talk would be best before jumping to conclusions. You will never have a healthy relationship if you can't use communication as a valuable tool.

Express yourself honestly, and let him know how insecure you feel, when he comes in late, smelling of perfume.
