    I got a tubal litigation... how can I get pregnant without surgery or invitro

    You can't; that's the whole idea behind a tubal ligation. The tubes have been blocked or cut, thereby preventing any possibility of an egg traveling down the tubes to the womb.

    Surgery or invetro are your only options.
