    Gasoline smell in car
I own a Pontiac Sunfire 1997 2.4L. For the past year I've smelt a smell of gas when I enter the car, but now it has gotten worse and the smell is very strong. I tried looking for any leaks but found none.

    What should I do?

Does it go away after driving?

Could be the fuel pressure regulator. Could be leaky injectors or cracked o-rings.

After you park the car for a while... do you see any gas on the ground?

Yes the smell tends to go away, but I cannot find any gas on the ground.

Could be your EVAP system, I'm not familiar with your vehicle but if you have a charcoal box that could be going bad
