    Credit card by me does it effect my spouse.
    I don't work and I am being sued I have been married for a very long time longer then this debt I don't work an our home an other stuff isn't in my name. Can they garnish my spouses pay an attach anything to our home which is also in his name. Home bought after we were married.

    What state are you in? Whose name is the debt in? Does your husband know that you are in debt?

    Florida an my name yes I had him as an authorized user of the account.
