How much to bid on 5 condos for 2146.25 in Orlando Fla
    Hi
I am doing a bid on 5 condos in Orlando Florida and need to know how to bid.
I went to see the jobs today and they are very small condos.
Three are very clean and two have trash all over with spoiled food in Frig.
There is no power so I will have to rent or buy a small generator.
I know I have to have them pay for gas but was thinking of marking the price up a little to either pay for a small generator that will run lights and a vacuum or help pay for it.
    What do you think?
This is a property management company that gets this kind all the time.
I really want the bid but don't know how much to charge.
Four of them have 1 bedroom and one has two.
Someone please get back to me as soon as possible as I have to have something written up for an estimate by tomorrow.
    Thank you

    Hello nanc1430

Would the professional approach not be to check the prices of similar local Orlando projects and see if your total costs are sufficiently below that to make this a wise investment?

If for not too long just rent a generator. Why is there at this moment no electricity?
Are all these 5 condos to be sold or to be rented out, after cleaning them and making them comfortable?

In short : what are the underlying ideas on purchasing these condo's ?

    :)

    Hi Crendendovidis
I think these people just bought these condos for renting. I have checked with others in the area and they do not want to give a price on the phone. They said they get these types quit often without power. I will always be able to use this generator in the future if I get it as it is small enough.
I really need an idea of price. There are some sites that say with a 1 bedroom condo, they charge 65-70.00. How can they do it for that? Do they charge a lot of extras.
I just need a ball park figure and I will go from there. What would be the best way to do this?
    Thanks
