One year warranty on New Construction Condos.
What is covered past the one year? How about plumbing? How do we take developer to court?

At the time of your closing you should have received a very detailed booklet explaining all of your coverage. However if you choose to use the warranty procedure then it is very possible that you will be waiving your right to sue the builder in court. I suggest that you speak to a real estate attorney in your area who can review your coverage and discuss your options with you.
