    Bankruptcy verses foreclosure
I am about to go to court to file for bankruptcy. I had to file before about 4 years ago (chapter 13) and my lawyer made an error and the case was dismissed half way through. My car was repossessed and the arrears on the home were added to the loan. They did not extend the loan, they just raised the payments to a level that is hard to meet. My credit is already severely damaged and I was trying to save the house. Is it worth it? Will foreclosure hurt me more than bankruptcy? My court date is tomorrow. Anyone have any suggestions?

All the other debts, balances on car, balance from home.
While you need to always get the advice of an attorney, bankruptcy sounds about right for me.
