    Why won't he?

    Well there this guy and he likes me and I like him back and he knows but why won't he ask me out?

    There could be any number of reasons. It might also have to do with their ages and parental controls. Don't know yet until more information is available.

    Are you sure he likes you? Guys usually ask a girl out if they really like her. Otherwise he might be shy .

    He might just be one of the shy types that wait for the girl to say something, if you feel like you both love each other just ask him yourself. Otherwise you might lose the chance to be with him.

    He's scared of his parents.
    He wants to prioritize school than hooking up.
    He JUST have a crush on you.
    He likes you but he likes someon else's more.
    He's just nice and you just thought he likes you.
