    Marathon schedule
    I would like to run the Austin marathon, does any body has some training schedules?

    Runnersworld.com has several online training schedules in varying lengths. These are general schedules for beginner and intermediate runners so depending on your skill level you may have to make certain adjustments.

    Good luck in Austin. I've run it 5 times (PR'd there with a 2:36 in '04).
