Period problems!
:rolleyes: I'm a 28 year old woman and have always been regular on my periods! But about 5 or 6 months ago I have notice that I became irregular meaning my period for the first month or so was about 2 weeks old and I have been keeping track ever since. I have notice that it is late 2 or 3 days every month. Is there something I can do to be regular again or am I consider regular? I have never missed a period.. :confused: . Should I worry about it or is this normal because of my age? :eek:

Sometimes there can be a one off change in your cycle, but it can also change a bit to a new norm... sometimes due to hormonal shifts, birth control pills, recent pregnancy or birth, etc..
If it has been late 2 or 3 days for awhile, this may be normal for your periods now, so you will need to adjust what your cycle is. For example, if you were usually every 28 days or so, and lately it has been every 31 days, your cycle may now be every 31 days normally. |
