    Natural healthy fast?
    I'm looking for advice on how to fast. My energy levels have been nil lately, and I've read that an all natural fruit juice fast may help? Also, does anyone know of any supplements that are natural to help kick start my shape up mission. I need something to help me have the energy required to workout. And lastly, has anyone tried Pole Dancing for fitness and gotten good results? Help! Ideas! I have trouble staying within a routine. (Sagittarius trait lol) Thanks :)

    If you're having low energy, withholding nutrients from your body may actually take a turn for the worse. People fast in order to detox...

    May I suggest possibly changing your diet, starting up exercise, and taking a multivitamin?

    I've started an exercise regime lately, and I take oodles of vitamins. Perhaps not the right ones?

    "oodles" of vitamins? A single multivitamin will suffice. How's your diet?
