I'm looking for advice on how to fast. My energy levels have been nil lately, and I've read that an all natural fruit juice fast may help? Also, does anyone know of any supplements that are natural to help kick start my shape up mission. I need something to help me have the energy required to workout. And lastly, has anyone tried Pole Dancing for fitness and gotten good results? Help! Ideas! I have trouble staying within a routine. (Sagittarius trait lol) Thanks :)
