    Paternity, childsupport, court hearings etc.
OK. So long story short, my ex and I broke up a 1-1/2 years ago when he left me for another woman. Since then he has barely been a part in my sons life. (we have all pretty much figured out that she is the problem and she wants nothing to do with his kid because she can't have any herself). But anyway, I am sick of the bickering and arguing and I have decided to just take him to court.
My question is does anyone know of any real cheap or free legal services to help aid me through establishing paternity, custody, child support and all the court hearings?
Any help would be great. Thanks in advance. (oh, and we live in florida)

Go to your local child support agency. They'll help you collect what's due to you - and they are F R E E to boot. They will be most happy to help you collect for your children what is legally due them.
