    How old is it? Is it still under warrantee or anything?

    Pool or bike patches should work on vinyl. Trick would be to find one that matches well so it doesn't look like a tacky eye sore.

    The Cover Is 18 By 32 Built Into Our Roof, It Is Not Like A Tarp.
    IT LEAKS AROUND OUR FIREPLACE AND THE SEAMS.

    I don't know cause many sealants will melt vinyl.
    Hopefully somebody here will be able to tell you.

    Other than patches the only way I know is 'vinyl (fabric) welding' with heat.
    It would be really tricky to do the seams with it up.

    Might try sealing around fireplace chimney with silicone, Might try making flashing out of matching vinyl material. Cut strips of vinyl and adhere to chimney with silicone above seams, letting flap cover seam around chimney. Seal seams with original sealer or silicone.
