    Hi, can I move out of state with my child we have no custody order dad haven't seen child in two years he moleseted her but they droped the charges on him he has no contact with her?

    Unless there is a court ordered custody or visitation order that would be affected by your move, then you are free to move. If there is, then you have to get permission from the court.
