I'm not sure what the headache is from, probably not enough protein today, and the end of my cycle.

But, just wondering if anyone has any good tricks to get rid of headaches?

Hammer your thumb?

You could potentially drink some water, eat something light, and take a nap, or just relax... listen to some soothing music, perhaps have some tea.

If all else fails, advil.

It depends on the cause of the headache, and there are a lot of things that can cause them. Lack of protein is probably not the cause (unless you are really deficient). Your headache is likely related to your cycle. Try a glass of water and, if you can, a cup of coffee or tea (caffeinated).

Caffeine usually makes my headaches worse. I do notice I get headaches on days I haven't had enough protein, but that just be from low blood sugar and not the protein?
Tonight I had a pulsing intense pain every 4-5 seconds under my right brow and behind my right eye. It only lasted about a minute though. Have never had that before.

I hope you don't still have a headache but for future advice get a pedicure or foot rub there is a pressure point in your foot that will take it away almost instantly!!
