    Child Abandonment
    My child's father has not seen her in 7 yrs no phone call no money no nothing and I would like to know how to file abondonment papers. I live in the state of Georgia

    Why would you want to? What do you think that will accomplish?

    If you read other posts on this issue, you will learn there is no such thing as abandonment papers. So we really need to know what you are trying to accomplish here.

    What are you trying to do? Abandonment is used as grounds for something else.
