I'm trying to remember a movie from when I was little I have been trying to figure it out for a long time. It's a cartoon and there is a boy who goes to sleep and he here's a train and I believe it goes through his bed room and he ends up in a fairy tail land and there is a hot air balloon. They are told not to open a huge door and they do and black tar comes out and starts taking over the city and that's about all I can remember I remember watching it like 14 years ago
