    Is there any statue of limitations on a a2 drug felonies is you are already charged in new your state

    If there have been charges, then I would assume that the person or persons that committed the crimes have been named and charged. Has that happened?

    Also, would it be correct to assume that you mean New York state in your question?

    Would appreciate more information here for folks to help you the best.

    If you are already charged, presumably in NYS, the Statute does not matter.

    Or are you talking about a Statute on a warrant in NYS - ?
