We have a problem with the dirt coming back in our above ground pool.The pool is only 1 yr old. We changed the sand and put the better sand in we vacuum it then back wash then rinse but the dirt is still going back in pool. We unplugged it over night plugged it back in and the dirt was going in it then as well, someone out there got any ideas on what we might be doing wrong??

That use to happen to me a lot. I live in Louisville Ky and a place called All American Pools helped me a lot. Maybe put some reading glasses on and look very closely at where the hoses connect to the filter system and where they hook to the pump. I had them connected wrong and every time I would turn the filter system on the backwash would filter right into the pool. It really sucked. It took a few days to straighten itself out but after I got everything connected the right way I bought some stuff that brought everything to the middle of the pool and vacuumed it right up. I poured about five bags of shock into a bucket of water stirred it up real good and poured it right into the skimmer basket. It made it real cloudy of about two days and then it was as clear as could be. Call them, Ask for Michelle, All American Pools on Dixie Hwy. They are great and really no their stuff.
