Did you try the printer assistance where is recalibrates the printer and sets margins? If you have tried this have you tried the printer prefrences tab ?

Have you tried the print assistance. It recalibrates the printer and sets margins. If you have done this , have you tried the printer preferences tab? It will let you choose the paper size and orientation of the paper.

Are you using a preprinted form, a printer macro or a software template. If you are using a preprinted form, is the invoice image square on the page. Did you use a line gauge to verify the correct vertical spacing on the preprinted form.

For example, using PCL 5e, on a 300 DPI printer resolution an <esc>&p+300x+300Y printer command will move the printer's cursor 1 inch down and 1 inch to the right. However if the printer is set for 600 DPI, it will only move the cursor 1/2" down and 1/2" to the right. Or if the form was designed on a 600X 600 grid you would be off by a 1/2 inch in terms of the form.

Make sure your printer is set for the same resolution as the form was designed in. Font selection can also be a factor. Different fonts have significantly different font matrix's.

Can you scan or send me the image of the form and a print file of the data that you are sending to the printer. Also, an image of what the failure looks like would be most helpful. If so, send me a private message and I'll give you my local e-mail address.
