    L1 Eligibility
    Hi..
I have been employed since 13 months by my current employer. I have travelled to US twice in B1 for 3 months each for system study. Am I eligible for L1-Blanket, if I start processing now.

Did you work for US employer while you're in your home country?

By the way, the one who must start the process is the employer, not you. There are standard procedures to prove why the company needs to hire foreign worker, etc. It's recommended to have experienced immigration attorney handle cases like this.
