    Being garnished
What do you do if you think you have been garnished by 2 different companies for the same bill? Should I get a subpoena for the companies records?

Ask your employer for copies of the writ of garnishment. This will list the docket number of the original judgement. You can then check those cases to see what accounts were the basis of the action.
