    Is it thyroid disease?
I am 46, diabetic, overweight, and have developed a goiter in my neck (thyroid) I am constantly hot and cannot tolerate any heat. I was getting palpatations but they have slowed down considerable since I began taking opc3. Do I have a thyroid issue? Thanks

Sounds a lot like you have hyperthyroidism. The goiter, the inability to stand heat, and the heart palpitations are all symptoms of hyperthyroidism. A trip to the doc is in order.

Sounds like you most probably do.
You really need to get to the doc and get it diagnosed

I know two foods you either need more of or to cut out of your diet
    Are iodine and cabbage.
I THINK it is more iodine and no cabbage
