    Last year, I spoke with a couple who were trying to raise $2 million to do a couple pilot episodes of a children's show on the local PBS station in the hopes that it would attract additional investors to fund the rest of the season. What's your budget?

    What kind of T.V. show is it that you trying to promote, please? Knowing that would help for others to give you the best answers here. Depending on the answer that you give, it may be possible to promote something that you are wanting to do with little if any money out of your own pocket.
