    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    I merged your two threads. This may vary according to your location. Check with your County Clerk's office, you may have to actually execute a Quit Claim deed or you may be able to just file an addendum to the deed.
