Getting full custody of a 10 month old
I have been with the baby's father for 4 years. We have a 10 month old daughter that he takes care of financially but that's it. He does not want me to work because he makes enough money for me to stay home FT but I am only 22 and want a career to. He does not feed solids or give vitamins, he needs to be reminded when I am at work. I only work PT and don't pay for daycare. He was not there for me when I was pregnant. He was abrley there for the delivery and leaves all the chores of the baby and house on me and what take any responciablity of either. He says it my job because I have 6 days off a week. He works long hrs and barely see his daughter.
I have recently left him and told him if he does not cut bsack his hours at work and help me out more with the baby I was going to take him to court for custody and child support.
Any other suggestions on how to go about this or how we can fix our relationship?

Whoa... you have it completely backwards. You are in no position to say that all he does is take care of her financially. That is reserved for the Daddies that pay child support and never see their children so first off fix your mind set. You don't pay daycare because he cares for the child? Second realize what you have prior to putting demands and threats on this man. He works long hours to pay for everything so you don't have to work anything more than part time. BOO HOO FOR YOU; and you want him to cut back his hours? Can you afford that or don't you care? My suggestion to you fixing your relationship is you figuring out what the problem really is, cause that's not it. Is it really all about you? For the most part the house work is reasonably left for you because you are home most of the time. If he is never there who are you cleaning up after other than the baby? You?
