Some women will develop morning sickness to the point of requiring IV intervention. It becomes more of a concern when you aren't keeping fluids down as well. There are several things you can try to see if it helps:
*motion sickness bands that use accupressure
*sour candy or peppermint
*ginger... fresh ginger, ginger ale, etc..
*fresh air
*cherrios, crackers, or dry toast before you even get out of bed
*small snacks throughout the day so that you always have a little something in your stomach
*increase your intake of vitamin B6
*small, frequent sips of fluids may be easier than larger amounts all at once
Others may have other ideas that have worked for them... hope you feel better soon!
