Can you tell me different ways of unplugging a bathtub drain?

I have taken a straightened coat hangar wire and made a small hook on one end and ran it into the trap and twisted it to catch the hair clogged there.

If you can remove the grate, you can use an auger or small snake.

You can run a snake down the vent pipe.

And I have used a garden hose to squirt water into it.

A rubber plunger might work.
One time I took the rubber end off a plunger and cut the hole for the handle all the way through it. I forced a garden hose through the hole and held the plunger Part (upside down) over the drain and turned on the water. It created enough pressure to clear it.
Of course there are drain chemicals too.
My daughters always had long hair growing up, so I just did whatever I had to. Good luck with it

There are two ways to clear a tub blockage. 1) You can close off the tub waste, (see image) with some duct tape or a wet cloth and plunge the drain with a plumbers helper,**or** 2) you can remove the chrome trip lever cover, shown below, and pull the cover and plug assembly out and snake the drain from the opening, (see image) This is the best way to clear a blockage. Run your snake in the opening. Youwill hit the return bend of the trap about 2 feet down but once around that you only have about 10 more feet to put out. Flush the line with hot water. Good luck, Tom
