    Need more hot water in guest bedroom
    I am having the same problem. I have two bathrooms upstairs. One has really hot water the other has luke warm water!

    Tub/shower valve, lavatory valve or both? How far is each bathroom from the water heater? Cheers, Tom

    No matter how far your rooms are from the water heater they should all eventually give the same water temp unless you have a partially clogged inlet on a cartridge or valve. Come back and answer Tom's question and we'll go from there. In the meantime get yourself a short section of graden hose, you're going to need it later today.
