    No Hot Water in Guest Shower
    Good Afternoon,

    I live on the second floor of a condo complex, I have a 2bed/2bath Condo. I have Hot water in every faucet except the guest bathroom shower/tub. The cold water streams out with lots of pressure but once I turn the show Dial to Hot it just dribbles out and is not hot? I heard there was a such this is some valve that gets stuck or plugged up as a result of the shower not being used often which it is never used but I have a renter moving in so would like to get this rectified, Any assistance or ideas woud be great!

    I took everything apart last night but cannot locate a brand name on the shower dial at all...

    Any chance you could post a picture under "go advanced" at posting area..

    Otherwise, will need to shut water down to shower (or entire house if no shutoffs for shower) then remove face plate and handle, then remove the clip or stem assembly nut, and then remove the cartridge assembly or similar, then clean cartridge of debris, pulse water on/off with towel covering valve, and the re-install old cartridge OR go to a plumbing supply house with cartridge in hand and let them tell you what name brand faucet it is and which repair part you will need.

    That is my thoughts on this... get back to us if need more... Mark
